Counselor
We have a motto here at Triple C about our counselors and it goes something like this: A camp is its counselors, and a Triple C Ranch, we have the BEST! We whole-heartedly believe that without our counselors, we would not be able to have a successful summer camp. If you take all our activities and FunTrips away, we know that our counselors can still have our campers walk away with an unforgettable experience. A Triple C Ranch Counselor is the face of our camp to both our campers and our parents, so we take great pride in our counselors. Grounds Crew
Our Grounds Crew is the backbone of our camp. In order for us to have a successful camp day where all the kids get to enjoy all of the camp activities, we have to have a great Grounds Crew. Those interested in the position of Grounds Crew are those who love the outdoors, aren’t afraid to work with their hands, and enjoy free time with the kids at our camp. Being a Grounds Crew is not the easiest job at camp, but it yields great rewards. Our Grounds Crew still has the opportunity to play with the campers, go on FunTrips, and have a meaningful summer of growth with small groups. Nurse/EMT
At camp, we know kids are going to have a blast. We provide so much fun for our kids in one week, but if we do not couple that fun with safety, we have not done our job. Our Nurse or EMT position are for those who want to use their specific knowledge to ensure a safe summer for those who come to our camp. A Triple C Ranch Nurse/EMT loves kids and is constantly thinking safety. They are organized and are able to help communicate with campers’ parents and their counselors. Bus Driver
Our camp take daily trips to on off-site pool and every Friday we take an off-site FunTrip and without our bus drivers, this would not be possible. A Triple C Ranch bus driver has a record of safety and a loving spirit towards kids. Some of our off-site FunTrips are overnight and some are a long ways away from our camp, so our Bus Drivers are able to be flexible in their hours over the summer.
