Blog
Our Blog is a great resource to get updates on changes to the daily camp schedule. We will post updates when the camp schedule is effected by weather.
Junior Counselor Program!
We have now added more information on the Junior Counselor program to our website. If you have a High School aged student who is looking for some volunteer service and leadership opportunities, this is the program for you!
The Junior Counselor program is an application based, volunteer program. You can find the application on the Junior Counselor tab under the “Camps” menu. You can sign up for as many weeks as you want and there is no cost to you. After turning in the application, please allow for 7 days for processing and reference checks to be made.
If accepted to the program, you will be required to attend a training day during the week of June 4th-8th. We know this may conflict with many of the students final exams and if it does, please contact camp to set up a separate training time for your Junior Counselor.
What’s New?
Let’s Get This Party Started!
Can you believe we only have 14 more weeks before Triple C Ranch Camp begins? This is an exciting time for us as we have finished planning what we believe to be the best summer yet, and now we are ready to open registration. If you have been trying to register or access our website for information, you know by now that we have been trying to update our website and our registration information. If you have been with us before, you may not see a lot of visual changes to our site, but rest assured, there is a lot that’s different about this year. I wanted to take some time to let you know some of the big changes we made this year from last year:
TRIPLE C IS 9 WEEKS!
Triple C is now offering 9 weeks of unforgettable, summertime adventure! Our first day of camp is June 11th and we will go through August 10th. We are excited that we are able to offer more weeks of camp!
New Registration Process
We have decided to use a new camp software to help us process our online registration. This new software is specifically designed with camps in mind and gives us a lot more freedom during the registration process. You will notice when you register your child you will be taken to a secure webpage hosted by CampWise, our camp software. This is a much more user friendly software that will enable you to register your child. Each parent will be asked to make a username and password so you can add weeks, change information, update information much easier than in years past. We are excited to share this new software and experience with you.
If you have any technical questions during the registration process (why isn’t my week adding, it won’t let me click this button, etc.) there is technical support offered via CampWise hotline. This will provide you with the most informative answer and can be reached at 1(866)433-4548.
If you have generic camp questions during the registration process (what is triple play, when do they go to the pool, etc.) you can reach us at our camp phone line at (571)209-5000 xt.610 or e-mail us at info@triplecranchcamp.com.
Blitz Extreme Now Has 2 Overnight Trips!
Blitz Extreme, our Middle School portion of camp, will now have two overnight trips each week! One trip will be on our local on-site facility while the other will be near their Extreme Trip Destination. The 6th & 7th grade portion of Blitz will have two overnight stays on separate nights while the 8th & 9th grade portion will have their overnights back to back. 6th & 7th will have their first Extreme trip overnight Monday, and will be picked up Tuesday at the normal camp time. Their second overnight will be on Wednesday in our local on-site facility. They will be picked up Thursday at the normal camp time. The 8th & 9th graders will have their local overnight trip on Wednesday and their Extreme Trip Destination overnight on Thursday to Friday and will be picked up on the normal camp time on Friday. This will maximize the amount of time we get to spend on our Extreme trips and ensure Wednesday nights are one of the most exciting nights of the week.
There Is No C.I.T. Program
There is no longer a C.I.T. program that many of you may be familiar with. If you have a child in their sophomore year of High School and they are interested in learning more about camp and what it takes to be a Triple C Counselor, we have a new Junior Counselor program. This is a volunteer position that requires those interested to apply for the position. Right now, we are not accepting applications for this position. More information and the special application are forthcoming.
Mini-C Now Has FunTrips!
Each week, we will be taking our youngest portion of camp on exciting, age-appropriate FunTrip activities. Mini-C will be headed to the National Zoo, Wolf Trap, Heritage Museum, American Museum of Natural History, and so much more! Be sure to check out the Mini-C page for more details on the trips as well as what we are doing each week.
Who’s Ready to Get Paid!?
Our refer-a-friend promotion is kicking off July 11th! For the rest of the summer, if you have a friend that registers during a week you’re registered for (Sessions 4-8), you AND your friend will receive a $50 discount toward that week. Just make sure they submit your full name in the comments section of their registration form. Keep in mind, your friend cannot already be registered and must attend the same week as you. Let’s get this party started!
Facebook “Like” Giveaway
UPDATE: Congratulations to Karen Doyle for winning the Facebook Giveaway. Stay tuned throughout the Summer for more ways to win free stuff!

Also, the first session begins this year on June 20th. The deadline to enroll for the first session is Thursday, June 16th, so be sure to register today.
Ain’t No Party Like a Triple C Party!
I am super thrilled to announce that registration for our 2011 summer is now open! I would like to welcome back all our returning camp families and extend an invitation to new families interested in our camp. I really believe we have something special here at Triple C Ranch Camp and I hope you and your family chooses us for your summertime fun destination.
Our website has been updated to include the new dates and session times of this summer. Our preliminary trips have been established, so please check them out.
For those families who are returning for another unforgettable summer, there are a few things that need to happen upon registration. You will need to enter the parent portal and update your camper’s grade. We also ask that you take the time to see if your contact information is up to date as that will be our primary way to stay in communication with your family. Also, if you are registering before May 15th, please update your camper’s t-shirt size - as sad as it is, campers are growing. Upon registering, please be aware of the payment policies and cancellation policies, as they have changed from last year.
We will continue updating our website to include new information and changes to the schedule, so be sure to check back frequently. You can also join our e-mail list to be the first to know about what’s new with Triple C Ranch.
Here’s to another Great Summer!

Triple C Ranch Director
Early Bird Registration
We’re getting started with our early bird registration which will continue until May 1st. We’ve made three wonderful changes to help make this summer better than ever.
Camp Age Groupings
We really feel these groupings will help us serve and care for our campers better. The groupings are as follows:
- Mini C - (kindergarten and 1st grade)
- CCC - (2nd - 5th grade)
- Blitz Extreme (6th - 9th grade)
New Data System with Parent Portal
We’ve worked hard to clean up the data end of our system to make sure registrations and payments flow smoothly this year. We invite you to take advantage of our parent portal. We think you will find it a tremendous help not only with managing your account and making payments throughout the summer but also during tax season. Customer portal access is only possible once you have registered for the 2010 camp season.
Registration and Payment Deadlines
In an effort to make sure we are as professional and efficient as we can possibly be, we now have deadlines for registrations as well as tuition payments. Full tuition payment is not required upon registration, but all registrations and payments for a particular session must be received by 5 pm the Thursday before that session begins. (For instance, the deadline for session one is Thursday, June 17th at 5 pm.) A $25 fee will be charged for payments not received by that time and registrations could be canceled for the session.
We believe these changes will help us provide a more quality camp experience for everyone. We hope you’re ready for another awesome adventure!
Triple C is celebrating 20 years this summer!
Triple C is celebrating 20 years this summer! That’s right. What once began as a dream to start a summer camp ministry to bless the kids and families of our community has become that and more. Triple C now provides daycare and the outdoor camp experience to over 900 campers each summer as well as the love of the Gospel. This summer we’re going to celebrate what God has enabled us to do. On Sunday, August 1st, we would like Triple C staff and campers both past and present to come together for a wonderful time of worship, food, and family fun. There’ll be more details to come. Spread the word!
