A: Yes, for for rising kindergarteners only, please mail us a copy of your child’s most recent immunization record.

Q: When does the camp day start and end?
A: Our camp day begins at 8am and ends at 4pm for all full day campers. Extended Care is available for an extra fee. Morning Care begins at 7am and Aftercare ends at 6:00.

Q: Where do I drop off my children?
A: Our camp occurs partly on our wonderful 50-acres of open property. For convenience, drop-off and pick-up will be at the rear of our church facility. On Mondays and Tuesdays, you will need to sign-in your child.

Q: Do you teach the children the Bible?
A: Each camp day, campers will learn a Bible story which can be applied to their lives today. These short teaching times are before or after lunch. More importantly, the character building lessons are lived out and modeled by the staff.

Q: What is your camper to counselor ratio?
A: We guarantee 1 counselor for every 10 campers although we typically have a better ratio than that for all off-site activities and trips.

Q: What do you do on inclement weather days?
A: In the event of inclement weather, camp rolls on. On code red or rainy days, we have the ability to do different activities. Although we are an outdoor camp, we do have a wonderful, child friendly indoor facility. We encourage you to come check it out.

Q: How do you protect little ones at the pool?
A: All of our younger campers are tagged as “non-swimmers” unless we are notified by a parent or the camper can pass a swim test. All non-swimmers wear a red band notifying the rest of the staff and life guards to keep a close watch on these campers. All non-swimmers must also swim in the shallow end of the pool.

Q: Where do you swim?
A: Our camp uses Sterling Park Golf and Swim.

Q: What do I do if my child takes medication or has health issues?
A: If your child has any health issues that are important to his/her safety, please inform our camp nurse at drop-off on his/her first day of camp. Also, any medication that your child may need should be given to our camp nurse. A medical release form will need to be filled out in order for us to administer prescription medication. Please, make sure the medication is in its original prescription bottle. Prescription medication, inhalers, etc. will be returned each day by your child’s counselor or the aftercare director.
