Early Bird Registration
We’re getting started with our early bird registration which will continue until May 1st. We’ve made three wonderful changes to help make this summer better than ever.
Camp Age Groupings
We really feel these groupings will help us serve and care for our campers better. The groupings are as follows:
- Mini C - (kindergarten and 1st grade)
- CCC - (2nd - 5th grade)
- Blitz Extreme (6th - 9th grade)
New Data System with Parent Portal
We’ve worked hard to clean up the data end of our system to make sure registrations and payments flow smoothly this year. We invite you to take advantage of our parent portal. We think you will find it a tremendous help not only with managing your account and making payments throughout the summer but also during tax season. Customer portal access is only possible once you have registered for the 2010 camp season.
Registration and Payment Deadlines
In an effort to make sure we are as professional and efficient as we can possibly be, we now have deadlines for registrations as well as tuition payments. Full tuition payment is not required upon registration, but all registrations and payments for a particular session must be received by 5 pm the Thursday before that session begins. (For instance, the deadline for session one is Thursday, June 17th at 5 pm.) A $25 fee will be charged for payments not received by that time and registrations could be canceled for the session.
We believe these changes will help us provide a more quality camp experience for everyone. We hope you’re ready for another awesome adventure!
Triple C is celebrating 20 years this summer!
Triple C is celebrating 20 years this summer! That’s right. What once began as a dream to start a summer camp ministry to bless the kids and families of our community has become that and more. Triple C now provides daycare and the outdoor camp experience to over 900 campers each summer as well as the love of the Gospel. This summer we’re going to celebrate what God has enabled us to do. On Sunday, August 1st, we would like Triple C staff and campers both past and present to come together for a wonderful time of worship, food, and family fun. There’ll be more details to come.
